Need help figuring out N/A in c7, c8, and c10. Looks like it has something to do with concatenation for the search term.

Notes: Cell b2 has one leading space which is why trim() is used. No other cells have leading or trailing spaces.
Notes: I tried clean() around concatenate but it didn't help.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
A2 & A8 have a space after Lane, the other cells don't, hence the error.

OMG! Can't believe I missed that space. Thank you so much for a second pair of eyes!
