Dynamic Lookup Concatenation

Need help figuring out N/A in c7, c8, and c10. Looks like it has something to do with concatenation for the search term.

Notes: Cell b2 has one leading space which is why trim() is used. No other cells have leading or trailing spaces.
Notes: I tried clean() around concatenate but it didn't help.

A2 & A8 have a space after Lane, the other cells don't, hence the error.
