Dynamic name range in Excel

Hi there,

I need help on this. I found this named range formula created from my colleague's workbook but I do not understand it and also this cannot be edited. Looks like it is a dynamic name range. Could you please teach me how to do it and also how to edit it?
I would like to attach a screenshot of the issue. Can you tell me how to attach it?

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Can you post the formula for the named range?

Is that it?

If it is in not sure it's a dynamic named range.

Are there any filters set up in the workbook?

Any data being imported from an external source?
