Dynamic Named Manger using macro

I have created named manager using macro,but it is not dynamic changing everytime deponds on no.of records.Please find the query i have used.Sub Create_MSSP_Abhijit_Approval_Named_Range()
Sheets("Report from MSSP").Select
ActiveWorkbook.Names.Add Name:="MSSP_Abhijit_Approval", RefersToR1C1:= _
"=OFFSET('Report from MSSP'!R2C70,0,0,COUNT('Report from MSSP'!C1),1)"
ActiveWorkbook.Names("MSSP_Abhijit_Approval").Comment = _
"Create a named range for MSSP_Abhijit_Approval to be used in RAG calculations"
End Sub . Help me to come out of this problem

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
