Dynamic Named Range

Hi,

I have created a dynamic named range, but it seems to be grabbing one extra blank row. Formula is as follows:

=OFFSET(Data!$D$2,0,0,COUNTA(Data!$D:$D),8)

I have to start the dynamic named range from D2.

Its probably something really simple that I have not tried.
