Dynamic Named Ranges for Dependent Lists?

I asked a question on this subject in another post: http://www.mrexcel.com/board2/viewtopic.php?t=128681 , but since I received no responses, let me try this another way.

I want to employ the method of using the INDIRECT function to create dependent lists. My problem is that the first column has names that will change over time. This means that names normally used and identified as the named range in conjunction with the INDIRECT function for the secondary lists will be dynamic.

Is there any way to create dynamically named ranges for those cells in the first column that can be used with the INDIRECT method for dependent lists?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
No need to give up, but a double post won't help. See the linked discussion in the other thread.
