Tried searching for this but couldn't find exactly what I needed.

I have a page of data that users input for stats. Because the user inputs multiple items for the same client I have formulas on another page that add up hours and events of that one client.

However, I would like that second sheet to show, dynamically, only the amount of rows needed for how many clients we served, instead trying to guess that we will serve 500 or 1000 for the month (slows down the sheet tremendously)

In other words,is there some kind of way to add more formula-celled rows below when either the row above is filled, or contingent on another cell that counts non-duplicate clients?

Thank you!

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi,

It sounds like some code would be suitable.

And that the formulas are inefficient - so, a different approach might be best.

Perhaps a pivot table? This site has some good info http://www.datapigtechnologies.com/ExcelMain.htm

With a pivot table inefficient formulas are avoided and you don't need code for creating formulas.
