Dynamic Sum

Hi I need a formula to total the cells below "sales" if the value is less than or equal to the value in U125. In this case it would be 20 but if the cell was changed to August 07 it would become 131.

Any help appreciatated

Since you have only one criteria before summing,

=SUMIF(R123:R135,"<"&U125,S123:S135)
