I have workbook that has one tab with forecast data. Each column is a week and there are 10 rows of data under the column and I want to the value(s) from row 10.

I have second tab that has starting week number and ending week number. For example Start 4 End 6

I am trying to sum the results of Week 4, Week 5 and Week 6

Thanks

The start week number is in Sheet1!A1, end week number is in sheet1!B1. Forecast data is in sheet2, starting in column A.

Try
=SUM(OFFSET(Sheet2!A10,0,Sheet1!A1-1):OFFSET(Sheet2!A10,0,Sheet1!B1-1))
