Dynamic Table?

Im doing a monthly report and all the data gets added to one main sheet.
I would like to show the data for the last 12 months for various depts in their own tables sourced from the overall data.

Can anyone please help as I am growing upset with the word OFFSET :confused:

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
