I have a spreadsheet with several cost values. I want to total the number for each month for values that fall within a particular range
ie:
October
$0 = 1 item
$1-100 = 3 items
$101-1500 = 2 items
>$1501 and up =2 items
I'm looking thru a range and trying to find values BETWEEN two numbers that are greater than 1 and less than 100 and a second one that gives returns values between 101-1500. I'm typing something wrong.
=COUNTIFS($A$33:$A$200, "OCT", $K$33:$K$200, "Air Force",$L$33:$L$200, "1><100")
=COUNTIFS($A$33:$A$200, "OCT", $K$33:$K$200, "Air Force",$L$33:$L$200, "101>1500")
countss any value that is "0". This works fine.
=COUNTIFS($A$33:$A$200, "OCT", $K$33:$K$200, "Air Force",$L$33:$L$200, "0") also
counts any values over 1501 works fine.
=COUNTIFS($A$33:$A$200, "OCT", $K$33:$K$200, "Air Force",$L$33:$L$200, ">1501")
So I'm obviously doing something dumb with the BETWEEN.
