Easy If statement Question

I want to make a statement that searches the spreadsheet for a word and if it is not there to ignore it and move on to the next line of code.

Ex.

IF the spreadsheet has the word "water" anywhere then proceed with code, but if it does not then to skip the next few lines of code and proceed with the rest of it.
