Hi Gurus

Would anyone be kind enough to get me going in the right direction....

I want the background colour in, say A1 to change whenever the value in, say A2 changes... ie (A1 is blue if A2 is null, A1 changes to red when A2 changes to 1, A1 changes to Green when A2 changes to 2 etc.)

Some skeleton VBA code would be much appreciated.

How many colors are you going to be needing? You can use conditional formatting from the menu bar Under FORMAT for up to 3 different colors.
