I tried seraching for this and maybe I was searching for the wrong thing but didn't come across anything that I thought would do the trick. This seems pretty simple but I can't figure out the excel way to do this.

I have a spreadhseet that has to be emailed back and forth between departments and one part of the spreadsheet has information I would like to auto populate.

It looks like this

Shop:
Street Address:
City, State:
Phone #:
Contact:
EMail Address:

I would like to have a drop down menu for the shop cell and have the other cells prepopulate with the correct information about that shop. There are about 30 shops total that I have all the information for, I just dont want to have to type it in everytime.

Please help!!

Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Sorry

Going to be one of those days I am afraid...thanks, of course vlookup will work...had a brain fart...Thanks!!

You need to create a list with all the shops on sheet 2.
A1 shop name B1 Street Address C1 City etc etc.
In cell A1 on Sheet 1 enter
Shop Name
In cell A2 enter
=VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A$1:$G$30,2,0)
In cell A3 enter
=VLOOKUP(A1,Sheet2!$A$1:$G$30,3,0)

etc. etc.
