easy question - locating circular reference.

My worksheet keeps telling me I have circular references. The sheet used to highlight these errors. It no longer does that. I can no longer find the commands to check the worksheet for these circular references. Can someone tell me how to check the worksheet? I went online but it tells me to use 'find circular reference' under the formula tab. My dashboard has no such option. *see image
