Easy way to make an YX scatter plot?

Is there an easy way to make a YX scatter plot? Basically, I want the data to be plotted along the y-axis.

It's easily enough done if you manually create your chart, creating your source data by adding series and reversing what would normally be the x values and y values on each series - but we've got some users who can only set up charts by using the wizard.

If there's an easy way, please share. Unfortunately, downloading a tool outside of Microsoft product is not an option here at the office - the IT department puts a halt to that.

BTW - I'm on Excel 2003. Thanks!

Can you show some sample data, and describe what you'd want it to look like on the chart?
