Easy way to sum cells from across a spreadsheet

Greetings:

Is there a way to total all the Reg cells for a unique name appearing in sheet below. For example: for each incident of T.Brown I was the cell immediately to the right totaled with all other incidences.

Ideally I'd select the entire worksheet and have it total all cells to the right of each unique name.

I'm trying not to have to massage the data too much.
