Sometimes, when I enter information into a cell, say, h264 on sheet1, the information will overwrite h264 in sheet2 and sheet3. This has happened to me on two previous projects, and it has started happening on this project as well. It happens even when I restart excel and open up the same sheet. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a known excel bug? It only seems to happen on especially large projects.

My current project is fairly large, but my computer should be able to have it. My worksheet is 7,642 kb and has 15 tabs. I have auto-calculate disabled as I have lots of lookups generating properties for a complex mail merge. I am running Windows 7 Enterprise, and Excel 2010 version 14.0.5128.5000 (32-bit). I have a 64-bit Intel Core i5 CPU 650 running at 3.2 GHz and 3.19 GHz, and 4.2 GB RAM.

Any idea what the problem is?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
It sounds like you have grouped the sheets. Try clicking on the tab of the sheet that you want to edit to ungroup them.
