Edit and correct the code

I have tested more than 50 different data and all the data worked and got the mismatches perfectly. Please run the code in this workbook and check why this data is not shifting the matched and mismatched data to the respective sheets. This is the only data where this application is not working.
I noticed that there are some 0 values in columns G, H and I maybe due to which the issue. After speaking and understanding from an expert, I learnt that there may or may not be 0 value invoices in some cases which are not required to match. Also there are invoices where Supply Attract Reverse Charge and they are mentioned as Yes, in the 2B sheet. These too are not required to match. I have explained briefly in the workbook the changes to be made in the code for the code to work in all kind of data. Please help me to edit and correct the code.

Most of this code was written and shared by JohnnyL. As I am facing some issues and upgrading the code, I have posted the query in his name as he knows my requirement. I wanted to update the code at a few places. That is why I have posted this in a separate thread. I have been working on this code for more than 6 months now and it may take another 6 months to complete it. As and when I face a new issue I post the query in a new thread.
I would really appreciate anyone who is able to help me.

@RAJESH1960, what you are asking for is going to require redoing a lot of the code. You should also include expected result pages.

I am thinking of filtering the ‘Portal’ sheet for the ‘Yes’ / ‘Y’ value rows into an array & then write those rows, along with the same for the k:m columns that are all = 0 into an array & write those rows, but as I said, I will need to see what you expect the sheets to look like when finished.

Yes. JohnnyL. The final result is going to be more precise after I share a few more formulas to be converted into code. Give me a day's time. I will share a new workbook with a detailed list of changes required in the code, step by step and share with you the expected result too.

Hello JohnnyL, I have shared some of the minor issues I am facing right now with this workbook. By the time you correct them, hopefully, I will be ready with some formulas which need to be converted to code and added in the code.
