Excel Facts

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Each outlook attachment is embedded in your email message file. The moment you open an attachment directly from your email message, the attachment is first extracted and saved as a file in a temporary folder on your disk. The moment that particular email message has been closed and outlook quits, those temporary files will be deleted.
Solution: save your attachment permanently to disk in a folder of your likings and open your file from there.
