Hi guys.

I want to create a tracker which monitors a number of jobs which my department receives.

My department operates between 7.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
However, jobs can come in at any time, even on weekends.

I know when a job comes in, and the time it comes in.
However, what I want is a formula which can calculate the working time elapsed (WTE) since the job came in.

So for example, if a job comes in at 7.30 on Monday morning, the WTE starts straight away.

If a job comes in out of hours, the WTE would only start counting from the next working minute, if that makes sense.

So, if a job was entered at midnight on Sunday, and I check the system at 10am Tuesday, the WTE would be 13 hours (10.5 hours on Monday + 2.5 hours on Tuesday).

At the moment, I have a completely blank canvas on what columns I use etc, all I will know is the date and time a job has been submitted.

Thanks in advance!
