Eliminiating a space from a username

Hi all

I have got a macro written that exports MS project data into excel i then have a macro that formats the data for me. Part of the data that is sent is resource name which i want to format for email. The name is outputted as follows,

Firstname Surname

But i need it to be like this

FirstnameSurname

How do i eliminate the space using VB.

Can any one help??

Hi,

Try:

y = Replace(x, " ", "")

 

[Legacy 98055]

See the replace function to remove a specific character or string. In your case, " ".
