Hi there,

First of all, I want to apologise if this seems rather dim of me. It's late at night and I'm struggling to think properly.

I am creating a spreadsheet of Contacts to email several people the same email.

Now, I know you can use the Hyperlink Mailto: to send an email to a contact. What my question is though, is there a way to do that without it opening up a new window for a new email but instead insert the address on to the current email?

So, say I create a new email on Outlook. I then press a Hyperlink on excel to add an email address to that email. I then want to add several other email addresses to that same email. I also need to add several contacts in the CC box.

Please, tell me this is possible.

Many thanks in advance.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Will make more sense when you integrate an emailfunction with VBA in Excel and fill 'To' and 'Cc' from ecel sheet during creation. Do you use Outlook or another Mail-application?
