Hi everyone,

I am working on a order form sheet.
What I need is when the person is finished filling out the form I need them to hyperlink a cell and the cell would prompt "Is your order ready to send?", There would be a yes or no option. With Yes it would save the current file and email the file to the address of orders@name.com. If No is selected then the prompt window is closed and they can continue to work on the sheet.

Thank you,
Craig

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Norie,

I am using Outlook, but the person that will be updating the worksheet and sending it back to me; I really don't know what their default email program would be.

Well what you would need to do is create code that copies the worksheet to a new workbook then uses either SendMail method or the Route method with a RoutingSlip object.

I'm just off now but if you check out help and try a forum search I'm sure you'll find something.:)
