Email from a Form

Hello everyone,

I've built a feedback database which allows users to input new feedback via a User Form.

The form holds several fields including the CRM Email Address - I have a button at the bottom of the form which ideally I would like to use as an email button. I.e. when the user clicks the button an email is sent.

I don't want to send any attachment with the mail or send the form as an attachment (this is the only sort of code I can find) I simply want to put the email address from the CRM Email Address field into the TO field of the mail.

I will also need to put some string in the body of the mail too - the exact words haven't been decided yet.

Can anyone help?
