Hello,

I have successfully used this formula to create a hyperlink: =+IF(OR([@Priority]="High",[@Priority]="Mid"),HYPERLINK("mailto:"&"?subject="&$T$1&"&body="&[@[Property Name]]&"%0A"&[@[Securitization Name/ID]]&"%0A"&TEXT([@[Square Feet]],"#,##")&" "&"Square Feet"&"%0A"&[@Address]&" "&[@City]&","&[@State],"Send Email"),"").

This will create this text in the body of an email:

Property Name
ID
xx,xxx Square Feet
Address City, State

I am of course using a table. I am wondering if I am able to do this with multiple rows based on how my table is filtered. The data to be included would begin with the first row that is filtered and end with the last row. I would like the body of the email to look like this:

Property Name
ID
xx,xxx Square Feet
Address City, State

Property Name 2
ID
xx,xxx Square Feet
Address City, State

Property Name 3
ID
xx,xxx Square Feet
Address City, State

Is there a way to do this?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
