Email from Excel

Hi guys

How can I make Excel send me an email with an attached Worksheet when changes are made and the file is saved?

My workbook has many worksheets but worksheet named 'Changes' captures all the changes made. I would like to get an email with 'Changes' worksheet attached when the workbook is saved.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
