Is it possible to automatically send a worksheet in Excel, and send the information in the body of an email (ie not as an attachment)

Also, I would prefer this done automatically on the click of a command button on the main page (the data would be on a tab called ORDER)

The email address would need to be interchangable (ie to an email address that autopopulates into cell A1)

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
