Hello all,

I have a list of emails I want to send a mass email to. The emails are located all on column A from row 1 to row 304.

I want to use a formula to place all emails on one cell separated by a semi-colon and a space so I can mass email, like this:

A1 = test1@test.com
A2 = test2@test.com

Final result: test1@test.com; test2@test.com

I want to do so for 304 rows, is it possible?

Thank you in advance

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Do they need to all be in one cell? I just copy my full column with all the emails and paste into Outlook. They might not look right after the paste, but if you click somewhere other then where you just pasted - like in the body of the email, the list magically turns into the proper semi colon layout.

If you need it in one cell, maybe you can cut and paste it now from Outlook into Excel.
