Hi All,

I have say 500 emails that I need to log, who they are to and from, date and subject etc.

If possible I would like to export this int excel.

Can this be done?

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Do you have the raw data already?

Or are you wanting to use excel to do this?

Hi Steve,

I use Outlook 2003. File->Import and Export-> Export to a File -> MS Excel.

You can specify fields with "Map Custom Fields".

Hope this helps :)

I'm guessing its something to do with when you are extracting the data Steve

Have you tried extracting it again?
