Emailing file via Hyperlink

I’m not sure it’s possible, but wanted to check, and my friend google didn’t know…

I inserted hyperlinks in an Excel doc so that if the user has a query with completing the doc they can click on my name and it will email me, and when they are ready to submit the doc there is a secondary hyperlink to email the manager for approval (Subject automatically set for me – Expense Query, for my Boss – Expense submission). I wanted to make it as automatic (for want of a better word) as possible, and wondered, is there a way to automatically attach the document in the email when using the hyperlink? As opposed to using the hyperlink to create the email, then manually attaching the file to the email after? It needs to be as streamlined as possible so I am just checking if it can be done!
