Emailing from Excel

I was wondering if there is a way to have a button in a spread sheet that will when pressed take an email out of an existing cell and email that spreadsheet to that email. (also it would be helpful if when the button is pressed it would convert the spreadsheet to a pdf format first)

I suck at using VBA and im assume that i'll need it for what im trying to do, so any help on the actual code would be thankful.
