Emailing hyperlinks across a network using Excel

Hi,

I hope that someone can assist with a problem which has been causing me a headache for a few weeks now...

I have a s/sheet, which contains hyperlinks to other files, and is distributed periodically to various people, who are on the same network as me, and who can all access the same common drive.

For some reason, the hyperlinks are working fine in the s/sheet, but when emailed (via Excel, using the RoutingSlip procedure), the recipients cannot open the hyperlinks to the files, as the hyperlink details to the following: -

file:///C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\...

Any suggestions as to how I can force these hyperlinks to remain per the source file, and pointing to the networked drive are gratefully received!

Many thanks -- Sam
