Emailing multiple people

Dear Friends

I am currently trying email some content in a spreadsheet to multiple people.
the names of the people at on the spreadsheet but not sure on how to get it like: name@gmail.com, name2@gmail.com, etc

how do get the names in table to that format:

With OutMail
.To =
.CC = ""
.BCC = ""
.Subject = "This is the Subject line"
.HTMLBody = RangetoHTML(ws.UsedRange)
.Display 'or use .Send
End With
