Emailing spreadsheets, not entire workbook?

I have a workbook with a pivot table and multiple spreadsheets. How do I email each spreadsheet in the workbook to different people? I only want that one person to be able to view just the spreadsheet I am sending them not the entire workbook or other spreadsheets. I have been saving the workbook as xxxx report and then deleting the other data and worksheets that do not pertain to that person and then emailing that workbook, very time consuming considering I have 20 people to send a report to. Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

If you're using Outlook, see Excel Automation - Ron de Bruin

He's got all the code you need to e-mail workbooks and worksheets. You'll probably want to look at the routine that creates a copy of a sheet, mails it, then kills it.

Are the sheets named for the individuals to whom they'll be sent?

The worksheets are named by department and then I email them to the department head and their lead.
