Embedded Files

Hi Guys and Gals,

I have a strange one here. I have embedded a word file into my excel document. I have embedded it as an Icon. In this case the icon appears as a word icon as it is a word document.

If I open the document by clicking on the icon and then amend the document, save and close it, my icon in excel turns blank and can no longer be seen! I only know its there because of the ajustment spots!

Any ideas???

BTW this seems to be an intermittent issue and I am using excel 2007
