I am trying to look at tenure of employees at separation of employment, so I have my list of employees and their termination dates, dates are in H2:H6. I have calculated their months of service in J2:J6.

Here's my question. I want to look at the termination date for H2:H6 and count in C10 how many employees who terminated in 2009 were employed at least 0 months, but less than or equal to 2 months, then in C11 those terminated in 2009 who had at least 2 but leass than or equal to 6 months of service. (A and B are minimum and maximum months of service, respectively).
I hope that makes sense, but if not, I can try to explain better.
