Embedding an Audio File into A Powerpoint Presentation

I wondered if someone could point me in the right direction.

I am trying to embed an audio file into a powerpoint presentation, and save this as a show. But when I send this via email the audio file is looking for the path on my pc so does not play. Is there any way in which this can be done so no matter who I email the .pps file to the audio will still play with the presentation?

First, note the size of your soundfile in kb
Then in PPT, Tools/Options/General Tab
Increase the KB window for linking sound files
to a size greater than your file size.
