emergency help needed..!!

hi guys,i'm new here,i love it n i hv a problem which i hope someone can help me solve. I am suppose to calculate bonuses for workers n the conditions are specified as below:
i) if sales in any one quarter exceeds the quartely target, .5% will be given
2) if sales in 2 or more quarters exceed the quartely target,1% will be given

i tried using nested if's but i'm not good at it,can someone offer a better solution or maybe advice me how i should do the nested ifs...plssss i really need this one..thxz guys

easier to create a third row with if cells>target then 0.5 otherwise 0
Now creaet the Cell with if sum of third cells>=1 then 1% orif sum of third cells>=0.5 then 0.5% else 0
