Emergency Need Waterfall Chart

I am stumped.

what I have are suppliers
What I need is to show that suppliers one - eight use up the start demand and then supplier 9 there is not enough supply to meet their demand

Here are numbers

Please help I've tried and just can't seem to wrap my head around this.

I don't know what I am missing.
 

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
