Hi Guys,

I am trying to create a spreadsheet with a list or 30 or so KPIs we give to our casual staff. I am looking for a tick box system that I can tick the KPIs and it assigns say 5 points to tht employee.

I then want to have the totals/percentage scored give a red/amber/green as to how well they performed.

I know how to put the tick boxes in but need some help with assigning a value to each tick.

Any advice......... Gratefully recieved!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
How is the Workbook structured? 1 sheet per Employee - all on 1 sheet?
Where should the KPI list be kept? Another sheet?
Posting a Worksheet example is best.

Hi,

I havent started to build it as yet, Pretty much just looking for advice. Ideally there will be a set of KPIs on one sheet and each employee will have an individual page, Which will link into a summary page. Should be fairly easy, just need to get down to it i think.......

just looking some advice on the easiest way to do this.
