Hello,
I am new to this board and was really surprised and very glad that there is a community for other excel users.

Here is my question:
I need to graph the hours on a separate sheet were the hours they work are highlighted so I can see if all of the shifts are covered.

ie:

Hours:
Shawn 4:00 - 6:00
Mike 3:30 - 5:30
John 4:30 - 7:00

Graph:

_______3___3:30___4:00__4:30___5:30__6:00__6:30__7:00___
Shawn_____________ ---------------------________________
Mike ________----------------------______________________
John ____________________-----------------------------____

(the dash lines represent the charted/graphed areas and the solid lines represent empty space)

Thanks alot guys any help will be greatly appreciated.
Jaime

Just to clarify: what's in the sheet if the times are covered? (what are the dashed lines in reality, numbers, letters, etc)

Master Excel Bundle

Excel contains over 450 functions, with more added every year. That’s a huge number, so where should you start? Right here with this bundle.
