Empty Contents macro

I have created a macro that clears the contents of cell E4 after a two second delay.

What I need is for this macro to automatically run every time E4 changes from empty to 'populated'

And what if it changes from 'populated' to 'populated with another value'? What do you do then?

The cell will usually be empty. I want the cell to be cleared two seconds after any entry.

Here's a Worksheet_Change event that you can use:

    If Target.Address = "$E$4" Then
        
        If Len(Target.Text) > 0 Then
