EMT537-538 Help with dynamic data into multiple sheets

I am an Autism Specialist for a local school district and we have developed a spreadsheet to help us graphically represent data from behavior assessments to parents. It also helps us determine "why" students do what they do. Previously, we represented this data as "1 behavior" but realized that this does not accurately represent all behaviors observed. We limit our behavior assessments to 3 behaviors, the idea is to filter the data into 3 separate sheets for behavior 1, 2, and 3. I tried using a table/query to filter the data, but each time we rename the file for a new student, the query does not work and it is no longer dynamic. When I found your video on 537-538, it is perfect...but I keep getting errors. I haven't built the graphs in this sheet, yet- simply because I cannot get it to work. I tried taking your spreadsheet and customizing it, but, this is just more advanced than my current level of knowledge in excel. I have drop down boxes for the data entry in almost each box for Time, Duration, Location, Antecedent, Consequence, Severity, Student Reaction- I need it to filter the information for behavior 1, 2, and 3. I don't know where I am going wrong and it won't let me save the darn thing with an error in the formula. At this point, I'm willing to pay for this to work correctly- I've probably spent 30 hours, at least, trying to get this to work for our team.

I don't see where to provide an attachment, I don't even know where to begin describing my error. Any help is appreciated.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Hi. One thing to remember when you post a question is we cannot see your spreadsheet. It can only be a guess what you are after.
