How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Where are your buttons from, and what sheet are they on? You can try eg:

Code:
ActiveSheet.Buttons("Button 1").Enabled = False

but for some reason it doesn't work in Excel 2010.
