Enable macro Automatically

I had managed to create vba code to restirct user to go to a a particular sheet (when user click the sheet tab it prompts for PW).

But whole my purpose gets defeted when user disables macro while opening the wkb.
Any ideas?

Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
even though I dont suggest you can lower the security
