Enable macros promt

Hi, i have macros in my workbook, but when i open the file it does not say enable macros, why is this?

Check your macro security settings--if they are set to automatically enable you usually don't see a prompt.

Check you security settings. Tools>Macros>Security. It sounds like they are set to "Low"

i checked the settings and the radio button is set to "Medium",
