Enabling Macros

I have created a workbook that used a function that I created in VBA. Many of my students say that the cells based on that funcion just have "name" in them.

Is there an easy way to ensure the fuction works on other computers, or will they all have to set the macro security to low?

They will all have to have macros enabled on their computer.

You can look into using a digital signature.

Search the board for signature or certificate, you'll find some articles on it.

You could also store the function in an Add-In.
Then install the addin on all the computers, AND
ON each computer, under macro security, you can set it to High (to disable macros) and under Trusted Sources, check "Trust Addins"
