Hi,

I need your help and recommendation whether I can encrypting the values of 3 columns in a sheet and to show random characters instead of the original values and I want only certain people can view the original sheet values.

Is this possible? And how to do it?

Protecting the sheet will not serve the purpose as I need to encrypt the information as the columns will have important information (ex. salary-employee grades)
