Dear members.

I have an employee start working for 01/01/2014 to 21/11/2017 = 3 years, 10 months, 20 days.

And he has unpaid vacation = 1 year, 11 months, 25 days.

How can I reduce unpaid vacation from the total of working time, to give me a net working time?

I hope my explaining is good.

Thank you all.
